Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Operations

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Warehouse & Operations to manage day-to-day warehouse activities for our scuba diving equipment and outdoor products business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage inward and outward movement of stock, including receiving, checking, scanning and dispatching.
- Handle invoices, delivery challans, stock entries and basic warehouse documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper storage and organization of products.
- Coordinate packing, dispatches, transfers and logistics with internal teams and vendors.
- Lead and supervise a small warehouse team of 3–4 members, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Conduct regular stock checks and physical inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure scuba diving equipment and other products are handled, stored and dispatched safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts,



Procurement and Operations teams as required.
- Identify operational issues and help improve warehouse processes, accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in warehouse / inventory / operations.
- Valuable understanding of inward, outward, invoicing, scanning, stock management and dispatch processes.
- Experience managing or supervising a small team.
- Good computer skills; experience with ERP / inventory management software is an advantage.
- Organized, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with sports, diving, outdoor equipment or retail products will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,408.56 - ₹30,603.07 per month
