Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth functioning of IT infrastructure across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide hardware and software support to employees.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues.
- Manage user accounts, email, access permissions, and IT assets.
- Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic network infrastructure.
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment, software, and technical services.
- Ensure data backup, system security, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Provide IT support to various departments and plant operations.
- Monitor and resolve IT-related complaints within defined timelines.

Qualification





- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, or other IT certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in IT support / system administration.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year
