Key Responsibilities:

- Provide leisure travel sales by building a clientele of current and existing business.
- Build client base through Virtuoso marketing, local events and personal networking.
- Sell DT strategic supplier products.
- Plan itineraries, book tickets and arrange travel accommodations and services.
- Research and provide solutions to client travel-related problems.
- Provide excellent customer services to internal and external clients.
- Continued education via Virtuoso Travel Academy, internal programs, and travel.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 5+ years leisure industry experience.
- 3+ years GDS (Apollo or Sabre) experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business education preferred.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
- GDS Experience with Apollo or Sabre.
- Demonstrated professional customer service skills.
- Ability to work in full night shifts & weekend whenever required.
- Capability of maintaining a favorable company image when interfacing with outside sources.
- Proven pursuit of learning and self-development.
- Ability to demonstrate personal and organizational integrity.
- Capability of working in a team environment supporting management and staff, following policies, providing feedback, assisting in special projects, and taking on additional responsibility
- Effective oral and written communications skills
- Organizational skills that result in high productivity
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US.
