Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients professionally
- Manage appointments, calls and patient inquiries
- Handle patient records and basic documentation
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
- Manage billing and basic cash/UPI transactions
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
