Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance & E-commerce Accounts Executive to manage accounting operations, e-commerce reconciliations, MIS reporting, GST & TDS compliance, and financial reporting. The candidate should have strong accounting knowledge and hands-on experience in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

Finance & Accounting

- Handle day-to-day accounting, including sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Maintain books of accounts and perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage provisions, accruals, and other accounting adjustments.

E-commerce Accounting

- Reconcile marketplace sales, settlement statements, and bank receipts.
- Verify commissions, logistics charges, discounts, returns, refunds, and other deductions.
- Monitor pending settlements and coordinate with e-commerce teams to resolve discrepancies.

MIS & Reporting

- Prepare regular MIS reports covering sales, expenses, receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Prepare monthly P&L;, profitability reports, and variance analysis.




- Maintain Excel-based reconciliation and reporting formats.

GST, TDS & Audit

- Prepare GST workings and assist in timely filing of GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B.
- Handle TDS calculations, payments, return filings, and ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in financial statements, year-end closing, and audit documentation.

Key Requirements

- 3–5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in e-commerce accounting and marketplace reconciliation preferred.
- Good knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
- Proficiency in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and data reconciliation.
- Experience in MIS reporting, financial analysis, and P&L; preparation.
- Robust analytical skills, accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and statutory deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
