## Sales Intern – Two Birds Nest

**Location:** Hybrid | 1 week training at Vizag, followed by Work From Home

**Role:** Sales Intern

### Key Responsibilities

* Handle guest enquiries and incoming calls, whatsapp and Insta DMs professionally.

* Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

* Coordinate guest arrival details with the property team.

* Maintain accurate guest and booking records in Excel.

* Follow up with guests during their stay to ensure a smooth experience.

* Collect guest feedback and request reviews after their stay.

* Maintain timely communication with guests and the property team.

### Ideal Candidate

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Confident on phone calls and comfortable with sales.

* Organised and proficient in basic Excel.

* Customer-focused, proactive, and professional.

* Prior sales/hospitality experience is a plus.

**A excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality sales, guest relations, and property management.**

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
