Job Description:

​Role: Marketing & Sales Manager (Dental Academy)

​Location: Sujay’s Dental Academy, Opp Kathriguppe Water Tank, Bangalore - 560085

​Experience: 1-2 years in Healthcare Marketing, Sales, or Academy Management.

​Education: MBA in Marketing & Sales.

​Key Responsibilities:

​Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing campaigns to promote dental academy courses and workshops.

​Lead Generation: Identify and engage with prospective students, dental interns, and practitioners to drive enrollments.

​Relationship Management: Build and maintain partnerships with dental colleges and industry vendors.

​Communication: Conduct presentations and seminars to showcase the academy’s value proposition.

​Sales Tracking:



Monitor enrollment targets and provide regular reports on marketing ROI.

​Required Skills:

​Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

​Strong understanding of the dental industry and clinical terminology.

​Proven track record in sales conversion and digital marketing.

​Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach
