Lead a 150+ member delivery organization supporting US Payroll and Back-office Services for US clients. Drive service delivery, client success, operational excellence, P& L and business growth while partnering with US stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end US Payroll operations and large delivery teams.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery across Payroll, HR & Advantages.
- Build strong client relationships and handle senior-level escalations.
- Drive SOPs, process improvements, quality, and automation initiatives.
- Lead multi-shift operations, productivity, SLA, and P&L; performance.
Requirements
- 15-20 years of experience in US Payroll, HR, Shared Services, BPM, or PEO.
- Experience managing 100+ employees.
- Strong US client-facing and offshore delivery experience.
- Any Graduate
