Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for business and corporate roles.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand hiring requirements.
- Drive sourcing, screening, coordination, offer management, and onboarding.
- Handle multiple positions and ensure closure within timelines.
- Build talent pipelines through various sourcing channels.
- Ensure strong candidate experience and stakeholder engagement.
- Support hiring dashboards, recruitment MIS, and process improvements.

Desired Profile

- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition/recruitment in university
- Exposure to hiring in education or similar people in university.
- Agency and/or corporate/client-side hiring experience acceptable.




- Robust stakeholder management and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage hiring volumes in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and influencing capabilities.

Pay: ₹900,000.52 - ₹1,200,000.18 per year
