We are seeking a highly skilled L3 Middleware Administrator to lead and support enterprise middleware platforms. This role involves managing complex middleware environments, driving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize enterprise technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the deployment and administration of open-source middleware technologies in enterprise environments
- Collaborate with Product Development and Enterprise Operations teams to pioneer and integrate new technologies
- Plan and execute enterprise-scale technology deployments
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for performance and stability issues in production and test environments
- Develop and enforce best practices, standards, and automation for middleware deployments and operations




- Deliver technical solutions and documentation for middleware infrastructure

Technical Skills & Expertise:

- Solid hands-on experience with:
- - WebLogic, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat,
- NGINX, & IIS server wexp will be added advantage to this role
- JDK, LDAP, MQ

- Proficient in scripting and automation:
- - Shell scripting, Perl, PowerShell

- Solid understanding of:
- - Networking concepts
- SOAP and RESTful Web Services

- Operating system expertise:
- - Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments

- Proven ability to lead middleware initiatives and mentor junior team members
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
