Role:
- Handle customer queries received through advertisements.
- Explain product features, benefits, and usage to customers.
- Follow up with leads and interested customers.
- Maintain customer/lead records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Science/Biology background is required.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and customer-friendly approach.
- Freshers with a Science/Biology background and valuable communication skills are welcome.
Experience: 1–5 Years | Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
