Roles And Responsibilities:-
- Strong leadership, communication, problem solving and basic financial analysis.
- Have vast experience in daily station operations.
- Safety Compliance and Inventory Management.
- Staff scheduling and daily financial reporting.
- Supervision of daily operations of Petrol Pump, Manage staff schedules.
- Oversee inventory levels and recorder supplies needed.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
- Monitoring financial transactions and maintain records.
- Implementations of Marketing strategies to increase Sales.
- Co-ordinate with suppliers for timely fuel deliveries.
