C++ Developer – MFC / Windows Application Development

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled C++ Developer with 3–8 years of experience in developing and maintaining Windows-based applications using C++ and MFC.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in MFC, C++, OOPS, Windows Application Development, Win32 APIs, STL, multithreading, memory management, and Windows system programming.

The candidate will be responsible for developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Windows applications while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance Windows applications using C++ and MFC.
- Apply strong OOPS principles and software design practices.
- Develop reusable and efficient components using STL.
- Work extensively with MFC and Win32 APIs.
- Implement multithreading and concurrency for high-performance applications.
- Handle memory management and resource management effectively.
- Work with IPC mechanisms, file systems, and Windows services.
- Understand and work with Windows OS internals and system-level programming.
- Debug and troubleshoot applications using Visual Studio debugging tools.
- Implement appropriate design patterns and architecture principles.
- Perform code reviews and maintain coding standards.




- Develop and maintain unit tests and ensure code quality.
- Work with source control tools such as Git, SVN, or Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with QA, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes.

Mandatory Technical SkillsC++ & OOPS

- 4–8 years of hands-on C++ development experience

Pay: ₹447,630.99 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
