- Monitor and operate the IBMS (Integrated Building Management System).
- Monitor HVAC, electrical, fire alarm, DG, UPS and other building systems through BMS/IBMS.
- Attend alarms, identify abnormalities and coordinate with the respective engineering teams.
- Maintain daily equipment readings, logs and operational reports.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and ensure timely closure of system alarms.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs and EHS requirements.
- Coordinate with facility and engineering teams during breakdowns and emergencies.
- Positive knowledge of BMS/IBMS operations.
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical and critical facility systems.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
