Job Description

George Maijo Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. – Maruti Suzuki is looking for an experienced Insurance Executive for our Kundannoor branch. The candidate will be responsible for handling vehicle insurance activities, renewals, customer coordination, insurance documentation, and claim-related processes while ensuring timely service and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle vehicle insurance policies, renewals, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers regarding insurance renewal requirements and policy details.
- Generate insurance renewal leads and follow up with existing customers.
- Explain insurance coverage, policy terms, add-ons, and renewal options to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies and insurance agents for policy processing.
- Assist customers with insurance claims and claim documentation.
- Coordinate with surveyors, customers, and workshop teams during the claim process.
- Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of insurance policies, renewals, claims, and customer details.
- Coordinate with the Service and Sales teams for insurance-related opportunities.




- Ensure timely renewal follow-ups and achieve assigned insurance targets.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on renewals, leads, policies, and claims.
- Maintain good customer relationships and support customer retention.

Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in automobile insurance, insurance sales, dealership insurance, or a related field.
- Experience in an automobile dealership environment will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of motor insurance policies, renewals, and claim procedures.
- Solid customer-handling and communication skills.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to achieve assigned targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM/DMS systems.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with customers, insurance companies, surveyors, and internal teams.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with 2+ years of experience in automobile dealership insurance operations, particularly in motor insurance renewals and claims, are preferred.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
