A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Intern supporting global Logistics Digitalisation and Data Analytics initiatives, you will work alongside Logistics, IT, and Data experts to transform logistics data into actionable business insights. You will gain hands-on exposure to global supply chain and logistics processes, modern data platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-driven digitalisation initiatives, while contributing to global logistics programmes such as TM4ALL, OneTMS, Warehouse Analytics, Logistics Data Domain, Process Mining, and AI-enabled logistics solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

- Support the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of Logistics KPI dashboards and management reports using Power BI.
- Assist with data modelling, data preparation, Excel-based analysis, and data quality corrections to ensure reliable reporting outputs.
- Analyse transport, warehouse, and supply chain datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create transparent reports and visualisations that support operational reviews, project governance, and management decision-making.
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to validate reporting requirements, align definitions, and ensure data accuracy.
- Support project tracking, status updates, action follow-up, and documentation in the project management tool.
- Support data collection, cleansing, validation, and quality monitoring activities.
- Assist in documenting logistics data objects, business definitions, and data models.
- Help maintain logistics master data and data governance documentation.
- Contribute to the preparation of data products for business users.
- Support global logistics projects including Warehouse Analytics & Footprint Reporting, Logistics Process Mining,



Transport & Warehouse Performance Analytics, AI and Digital Logistics Initiatives, and Logistics Process Automation.
- Assist project managers in tracking actions, milestones, and project documentation.
- Work with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.
- Support workshops, testing activities, and user acceptance testing.
- Help prepare presentations, training materials, and management reports.

What You Bring

- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and within international teams.
- Structured and detail-oriented working style.
- Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced), Power BI, SQL, Data Analytics and Reporting, Microsoft 365 Tools, and databases and data modelling.
- Python knowledge is desirable.
- Knowledge of SAP (EWM, TM, ERP, S/4HANA) is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Snowflake is nice to have.
- Knowledge of Process Mining, such as Celonis, is nice to have.
- Knowledge of AI / Machine Learning fundamentals is nice to have.
