Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through cold calling, online research and digital platforms.
- Connect with potential clients and understand their communication and marketing requirements.
- Promote Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, SMS API, OTP, Voice Call and IVR solutions.
- Explain services, conduct product demos and prepare proposals for potential clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert prospects into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, demos and sales through CRM/DSR.

Requirements





- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.
