Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IndiaMART Sales & Purchase Executive who can manage IndiaMART inquiries, generate business opportunities, coordinate with customers and vendors, and handle the complete sales and purchase process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle and respond to leads and inquiries received through IndiaMART.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into sales.
- Identify and communicate with suitable suppliers/vendors through IndiaMART.
- Compare quotations, prices, product quality, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate prices with customers and suppliers.
- Maintain proper records of sales, purchases, leads, quotations, and orders.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.




- Regularly monitor IndiaMART leads and ensure timely responses.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and purchase targets.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in IndiaMART sales, purchase, or related B2B operations.
- Good knowledge of the IndiaMART platform and lead management.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to follow up consistently and convert leads.
- Valuable understanding of B2B sales and vendor management.
