Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Recruiter with around 1 year of experience to support our hiring requirements across multiple roles. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, good sourcing ability, and the confidence to interact with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Understand job requirements and identify relevant candidate profiles.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Support offer coordination and joining formalities.
- Maintain regular updates on open positions, candidate pipelines and hiring progress.





Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination.
- Good spoken and written English communication.
- Comfortable making recruitment calls and speaking with candidates.
- Ability to understand JDs and identify relevant profiles.
- Good follow-up, coordination and organizational skills.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri or other recruitment platforms.
- Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment and handling multiple positions simultaneously.
- Candidates based in Thane or Mumbai preferred.
