Telecalling Executive Healthcare

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients.
- Counsel patients on AVIS Hospitals' treatment options and guide them through the consultation process.
- Understand patient requirements, address concerns, and build confidence in the recommended treatment.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients to maximize consultation and surgery conversions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and call updates in the CRM.
- Coordinate with hospital teams to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Achieve monthly consultation and surgery conversion targets while maintaining high service standards.

Requirements

- 1+ year of experience in Telesales, Telecalling, Inside Sales, Healthcare Counselling, or Customer Support.
- Excellent communication, counselling, and persuasion skills.




- Ability to build trust and handle patient queries with empathy and professionalism.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM and basic computer applications.
- Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th Pass) or above.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Healthcare, Hospitals, Diagnostics, IVF, Dental, Ophthalmology, Aesthetics/Cosmetology, Health Insurance, or Medical Call Centres will be preferred.
