Job Responsibilities:

- Daily site opening and closing supervision
- Monitoring civil construction work at site
- Ensuring work execution as per approved plans and drawings
- Basic understanding and verification of Khatoni and property-related documents
- Coordination with contractors, labour, and vendors
- Maintaining site discipline and progress updates
- Ensuring material quality and proper usage
- Reporting daily site activities to management

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Education: Diploma / ITI in Civil Engineering or Draftsman (Civil)
- Basic knowledge of civil construction and site execution
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and plans
- Understanding of basic land/property documents (Khatoni, etc.)
- Candidate must be Kanpur local or currently residing in Kanpur
- Fresher can apply (strong practical knowledge preferred)

- Basic measurement and site coordination skills
- Good communication with labour & contractors
- Execution-focused mindset

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹8,549.30 - ₹18,903.67 per month
