Job Summary

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking Production Operators to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for operating production machines, maintaining product quality, following safety procedures, and achieving daily production targets. Freshers and experienced candidates with a qualification of 10th or 12th pass are welcome to apply. Candidates should be willing to work in shifts and maintain a clean, safe, and disciplined work environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machines as per work instructions.
- Load and unload materials safely.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified time.
- Perform visual inspection of finished products.
- Report machine abnormalities or defects to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow 5S practices in the work area.
- Follow all safety rules and wear the required PPE.
- Record production details accurately.
- Support packing, labeling, and material handling activities.
- Work effectively with supervisors and team members to achieve daily production goals.

Required Skills

- Basic reading and writing skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.




- Ability to follow instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Good attendance, punctuality, and discipline.
- Ability to work in shifts and overtime, if required.
- Physically fit to perform production-related activities.

Salary

- As per industry standards (Based on Qualification and Experience)

Qualification

- 10th Pass / 12th Pass
- ITI candidates may also apply (Preferred)

Experience

- Freshers and 1 - 2 Years of Experienced candidates are welcome.
