Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for managing and engaging the sales team to achieve the company’s sales targets. The role involves handling customer relationships, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring effective communication between clients and the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned targets.
- Follow up on leads through emails, phone calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Generate sales from existing customers and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings to review performance and strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding services, pricing, and new product launches.
- Prepare and submit sales activity reports to senior management.
- Achieve sales targets and business goals for the assigned area.
- Establish, maintain, and expand the customer base.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various market channels.
- Set sales targets for individual team members and monitor their performance.
- Develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports.
- Manage and handle key customer accounts when required.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to corporate and retail clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Communicate new product developments and offerings to prospective clients.

Experience

- Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years (Preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
