Supply Chain Specialist- PO Management

Responsibility:

- Place the order to through Peoplesoft system according to the procurement plan, and work with the supplier for sales confirmation and approve shipments.

- Follow the company's standardized procurement process to ensure that suppliers shipping on time in accordance with the standard process.

- Communicate with Sourcing team and QC/QA departments to coordinate supply and quality issues.

- Maintain positive communication with the suppliers, establish long-term and secure cooperative relationships.

- Teamwork, and improve the procurement process continuously.

- Other tasks assigned according to business needs.

Requirement:

- The ability to work independently and willing to work hard.

- Experience with industrial product is preferred.

- Analytical, driven, open minded and goal oriented.

- Good English skills. Fluent Chinese is preferred.

- Can work under pressure and be willing to accept challenge.

- Honest and high responsibilities.
