Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with over 10 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Finance (FICO). The ideal candidate must have led at least 2 full-cycle SAP FICO implementations and possess solid functional knowledge of financial processes along with leadership capabilities. This role involves driving implementation, optimization, and support initiatives while aligning SAP solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations (minimum 2 full lifecycle projects – from blueprinting to go-live and support).
- Manage and optimize SAP FICO modules including FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
- Drive business requirement gathering, solution design, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define financial processes,



reporting requirements, and compliance standards.
- Ensure seamless integration of SAP FICO with other modules (SD, MM, PP, etc.).
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of SAP FICO consultants.
- Oversee UAT, data migration, and post-go-live support activities.
- Troubleshoot complex SAP FICO issues related to system performance and financial data accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, internal controls, and SOX compliance.
- Stay updated with SAP S/4HANA innovations and best practices.

Pay: ₹901,347.96 - ₹2,294,463.18 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bangalore City, Bengaluru, Karnataka
