Accounts Executive

We're looking for an Accounts Executive who's comfortable talking to clients as well as handling the numbers - someone who can manage accounts, keep GST/TDS compliance on track, and stay on top of payments and cash flow.

What you'll do

- Build and maintain good relationships with clients; handle their queries and follow-ups
- Spot new business opportunities and help bring in revenue
- Prepare and file GST returns, and handle TDS deduction, deposit, and returns
- Raise invoices, chase payments, and process vendor payments on time
- Keep an eye on cash flow — track what's coming in and going out, flag issues early
- Reconcile accounts (bank, vendor, GST) regularly
- Put together simple reports on collections, dues, and account performance
- Hit monthly/quarterly targets for sales and collections

What we're looking for

- Good with people, valuable with numbers
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Comfortable with Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and doesn't miss deadlines
- B.Com or similar degree; 1–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with the right attitude can also apply)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
