* Inventory, procurement & stock management

* Cost control and wastage reduction

* Coordination with hospital administration and dietetics team

* Maintaining smooth day-to-day kitchen & service operations

Candidate Profile

* Experience in hospital / institutional / corporate catering preferred

* Strong team-management and operational skills

* Valuable understanding of food hygiene and safety

* Ability to manage kitchen manpower and vendors
