About the Opportunity

GDX HR is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader for a leading Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) Firm based in Thane.

We are looking for professionals with strong experience in Real Estate Channel Sales / CP Sales, Residential Property Sales, Team Handling, Lead Conversion, Site Visits, Client Handling, and Property Closures.

Candidates currently working with or having previous experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) Firm will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Real Estate Sales Executives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly property sales and booking targets.
- Drive Channel Partner / CP Sales and residential property sales.
- Manage leads, customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales pipelines.
- Drive site visits, negotiations, bookings, and deal closures.
- Generate business through channel partner networks and real estate leads.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Guide the team through the complete real estate sales cycle.
- Monitor individual and team performance against targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Train and mentor sales executives to improve productivity and conversions.
- Maintain CRM records, sales trackers, follow-up reports, and booking reports.
- Coordinate with developers, channel partners, customers, and internal teams.
- Develop strategies to improve lead conversion and overall team revenue.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales is mandatory.
- Experience in Real Estate Channel Partner / CP Firm is highly preferred.




- Previous experience as a Real Estate Team Leader / Sales Team Leader / Team Lead / Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager preferred.
- Strong experience in Channel Sales / CP Sales / Direct Sales.
- Experience in Residential Property Sales.
- Proven track record in achieving sales and booking targets.
- Robust team handling and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Strong understanding of lead generation, site visits, lead conversion, property booking, and sales closure.
- Knowledge of the Thane / Navi Mumbai / Mumbai real estate market preferred.
- Candidates with a strong broker / channel partner / customer network will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners or short-notice candidates preferred.
