We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Store Manager to manage the overall operations of a retail store. The ideal candidate should have prior Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience with Pantaloons, Vishal Mega Mart, or a similar large-format retail organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet.
- Drive sales, revenue, and achievement of monthly and annual targets.
- Lead, motivate, train, and manage the store team.
- Monitor staff productivity, attendance, performance, and grooming standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Manage inventory, stock receiving, replenishment, stock audits, and shrinkage control.
- Ensure proper visual merchandising and maintenance of store standards.
- Monitor billing, cash management, and daily store transactions.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, safety standards, and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with regional/area management and other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience, and store profitability.

Candidate Profile

- Prior experience in Pantaloons, Vishal Mega Mart, or other organized retail chains is preferred.
- Experience as a Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager / Department Manager will be considered.
- Strong experience in team handling .
- Positive knowledge of inventory management, visual merchandising, and retail operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

Preferred Candidate

Experience: 4–8 years in organized retail
Preferred Background: Pantaloons / Vishal Mega Mart / similar large-format retail
