A QC (Quality Control) Inspector is responsible for inspecting materials, components, products, and processes to ensure they meet specified quality standards, drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Inspect incoming raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Perform dimensional and visual inspections using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, gauges, and height gauges.
- Check products against engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and inspection procedures.
- Identify and document non-conformities, defects, and deviations.
- Prepare inspection reports, quality records, check sheets, and other QC documentation.
- Conduct in-process inspections at different stages of production.
- Perform final inspection before products are released or dispatched.




- Verify that measuring and testing equipment is properly calibrated and within calibration validity.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, stores, and quality teams to resolve quality issues.

Typical Daily Activities

- Review drawings, specifications, and inspection requirements.
- Inspect incoming materials or production parts.
- Take dimensional measurements and perform visual checks.

Key Skills Required

- Knowledge of quality control and inspection methods
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Basic knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality procedures
- Inspection report and documentation skills
- Problem-solving and attention to detail

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
