Qualification:

- Graduate / Postgraduate
- Relevant experience in CRM, crdination, telecalling, customer service, or hospital front office will be preferred

Key Requirements:

- Good command of 3–4 languages, preferably English, Bengali, Hindi, Nepali, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong patient handling skills
- Good computer knowledge and ability to maintain databases
- Ability to communicate with patients both physically and virtually
- Sales-oriented approach with good follow-up and convincing skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and regularly update the patient database
- Handle incoming leads and make regular follow-up calls
- Communicate with patients and understand their requirements




- Follow up on leads until conversion
- Generate and nurture leads through calls and customer interactions
- Convert potential leads into actual appointments
- Maintain records of calls, follow-ups, conversions, and pending leads
- Coordinate with the concerned departments for smooth customer handling
- Ensure proper and timely follow-up with existing and potential customers
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
