- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Meet customers, give product demos, and explain pricing and finance options.
- Handle the complete sales process from lead generation to closing and documentation.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain valuable customer relationships and generate repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales
- Bike is mandatory for travelling within the assigned territory.
- Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Comfortable with regular field visits.
- Good customer handling and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
