Job Summary

We are hiring a Food & Beverage Executive for a luxury 5-star resort in Alibag, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in F&B; operations, team supervision, guest service, and maintaining high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily Food & Beverage operations across restaurants, bars, room service, events, and banquets.
- Supervise, train, and motivate the F&B; team to deliver excellent guest service.
- Manage restaurant reservations, events, functions, and banquet operations.
- Monitor inventory, control operating costs, and support revenue optimization.
- Coordinate with the Kitchen, Housekeeping, Front Office, and other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and quality standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Ensure F&B; service standards and resort policies are consistently followed.
- Maintain proper records, reports, and operational documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.




- 3–5 years of relevant Food & Beverage experience.
- Experience in a luxury hotel, 5-star hotel, or premium resort will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of F&B; service and restaurant operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good leadership and team-management abilities.
- Good command of English.
- Knowledge of MS Office and F&B-related; software.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards, including FSSAI, is preferred.
- BLS certification will be an added advantage.
