DGM – Projects (Deputy General Manager)

We are looking for an experienced DGM – Projects to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale civil construction projects.

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech – Civil Engineering
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead overall project planning, execution, and delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, quality, and milestones.
- Lead engineering and construction activities at site.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and authorities.
- Drive cost control, quality, safety, and statutory compliance.
- Review contractor bills, BOQ compliance, and variation claims.
- Resolve site issues and contractual/project disputes.




- Prepare MIS reports and present project progress and risks to senior management.
- Conduct regular project review meetings.

Requirements:

- 20+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in large-scale residential and commercial projects.
- Experience with high-rise/tall buildings (100m+ preferred).
- Solid expertise in project planning, execution, contracts, and cost management.
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering mandatory.
- PG in Construction Management from NICMAR, RICS, or Tier-1 institutes preferred.

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹2,500,000.00 per year
