- Handle maintenance and troubleshooting of injection moulding machines.
- Strong knowledge of hydraulic and servo-controlled moulding systems.
- Experience in hot runner systems and mould maintenance.
- Maintain and troubleshoot utilities including air compressors, chillers, cooling towers and DG sets.
- Plan and execute preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Reduce machine breakdown hours and improve machine utilization.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, spare parts and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure machines and utilities operate safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.

Requirements:

- 8–10 years of relevant experience in an injection moulding manufacturing plant.
- Strong hands-on troubleshooting experience with injection moulding machines.
- Good knowledge of preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and safety practices.
- Experience with hydraulic/servo systems and mould maintenance is essential.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
