- Receive and verify materials supplied by vendors against purchase orders and invoices.
- Check quantity, quality, batch number, expiry date, and physical condition of received items.
- Maintain proper stock records and inventory registers.
- Issue materials to departments based on approved requisitions.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels.
- Monitor expiry dates and follow FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) for applicable items.
- Arrange materials properly with transparent identification and labeling.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with records.
- Prepare stock reports and inform management about low-stock, excess-stock, damaged, or expired items.
- Maintain proper documentation for receipts, issues, returns, and stock adjustments.
- Ensure proper storage conditions and cleanliness of the store.
- Follow hospital inventory, safety, infection-control, and quality procedures.
- Support internal and external audits by maintaining accurate records.
- Perform other store-related duties assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
