Job Summary:

The DSA Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to achieve sales targets for various financial products such as loans, credit cards, and insurance. This role involves recruiting, training, motivating, and performance managing DSAs, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven individual with strong leadership and communication skills, possessing a deep understanding of the financial products market and direct selling models.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, onboard, and train current Direct Selling Agents (DSAs) to expand the sales force and ensure a robust talent pipeline.
- Set clear sales targets and performance metrics for the DSA team, consistently monitoring progress and providing regular feedback.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and motivation to DSAs to enhance their product knowledge, selling skills, and overall productivity.




- Conduct regular performance reviews with DSAs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with DSAs, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
- Ensure that all DSA activities comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical sales practices.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales approaches.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Act as a primary point of contact for DSAs, resolving queries, issues, and escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Collaborate with internal departments such such as operations, credit, and marketing to streamline processes and support DSA activities.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention through effective DSA management and superior service delivery.
