We are looking for a Ecommerce Manager

Location: Vasant Kunj, Delhi

E-Commerce & Marketplace Sales

- Own sales across the website, Amazon, Flipkart, quick-commerce platforms and relevant marketplaces.
- Manage listings, titles, descriptions, keywords, A+ content, product images, pricing, offers, reviews and inventory.
- Continuously improve product ranking, conversion rate and marketplace performance.

Performance Marketing

- Plan and manage Meta, Google, YouTube, Amazon and marketplace advertising.
- Track and optimise ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase and contribution margin.
- Test audiences, creatives, offers, bundles and campaigns aggressively.

Website & Conversion

- Improve landing pages, product pages, checkout, bundles, upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage abandoned-cart recovery, WhatsApp remarketing, email marketing and retention initiatives.

Social Commerce & Partnerships

- Work with the creative team on reels, UGC, influencer campaigns, launches and performance creatives.
- Identify and manage influencers, affiliates, online resellers and relevant sales partnerships.




- Track actual revenue generated by collaborations and promotions.

Analytics

Maintain a weekly founder dashboard covering revenue, channel performance, advertising spend, ROAS, CAC, AOV, repeat purchase, top creatives and best-selling SKUs.

Ideal Candidate

.3-6 years in D2C, FMCG, food, beverage, health/wellness or consumer brands.

. Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Amazon Seller Central.

. Working knowledge of Google Ads, analytics and Shopify or equivalent platforms. . . . .Commercial and numbers-driven mindset with solid experimentation ability.

. Should understand Gen Z and millennial digital consumer behaviour.

Key Performance Indicators

- Total online revenue and month-on-month growth.
- | FUNCTIONAL WATER + CHAKNA | VASANT KUNJ, NEW DELHI ROAS and customer acquisition cost.
- Website / marketplace conversion rate.
- Average order value and repeat purchase rate.
- Contribution margin after marketing.
- Number of profitable new sales channels opened.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
