About the Role

A CA/ CA (Inter) for Audit Manager position. The role involves independently leading audit engagements for companies and organisation, managing audit teams, engaging with senior client management, and ensuring timely completion and closure of audit assignments.

Key Responsibilities

- Independently lead and manage internal audits, statutory audits and other assurance engagements
- Lead, mentor, and review audit teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Discuss audit findings with client management, resolve audit issues, and finalize high-quality audit reports.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional qualified service.

Candidate Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant / CA Inter
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit, statutory audit or assurance services.
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple audit engagements, lead teams, and drive report closures.
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, accounting, banking operations, corporate laws, direct and indirect taxation, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.




- Excellent analytical, report-writing, client management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, accounting software, and other relevant IT tools.
- Strong leadership skills with a commitment to delivering high-quality audit reports within agreed timelines.
