As a Sr. Placement Manager at Orane International, you will be responsible for managing and driving student placement activities, building solid industry partnerships, and creating career opportunities for students in the beauty and wellness sector. Your role will bridge the gap between trained professionals and the industry’s hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with salons, spas, wellness centers, cosmetic brands, and beauty clinics for placement opportunities.
- Plan and execute placement drives, job fairs, and campus interviews.
- Guide and prepare students for interviews through resume building, mock interviews, grooming sessions, etc.
- Maintain an updated database of alumni, employers, and placement records.
- Work closely with trainers and academic staff to assess student readiness and skill gaps.
- Create reports and MIS on placement outcomes, employer feedback, and placement trends.
- Ensure 100% placement support to eligible students by aligning opportunities with their skills and interests.
- Explore internship opportunities and on-the-job training tie-ups.




- Coordinate with the marketing team for employer engagement activities and success story promotions.
- Regularly connect with alumni for feedback and industry networking.

Skills & Competencies Required:

- Strong networking and relationship-building skills

- Knowledge of the beauty and wellness industry trends and hiring practices
- Goal-oriented and self-driven
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under targets

Qualifications:

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / HR / Beauty & Wellness or related field
- Diploma in Beauty or Wellness (preferred but not mandatory)
- Prior experience in placement or career services role in vocational training institutes is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
