Skills Required:

- Knowledge of SEZ/FTWZ warehouse operations will be an added advantage.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems will be preferred.
- Candidates who have handled warehouse operations independently will be preferred.

KRAs

- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatch of goods.
- Supervise and ensure accurate inbound and outbound material handling as per product codes, serial numbers, barcodes, quantity, and documentation.
- Conduct and monitor physical verification of goods during receipt and dispatch to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Manage inventory control and stock reconciliation, ensuring proper recording and movement of materials.
- Plan and optimize warehouse space allocation and storage arrangements for efficient utilization of available space.
- Monitor inventory and shipment transactions and ensure all system and physical records are maintained accurately.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to inventory, inward/outward movements, warehouse operations, manpower, and other operational activities.
- Coordinate manpower/labour planning for loading,



unloading, shifting, and other warehouse activities.
- Supervise Warehouse Associates and contract labour to ensure productivity, discipline, and adherence to operational procedures.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of warehouse and storage areas.
- Ensure that safety procedures are strictly followed while operating forklifts, material-handling equipment, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inspect materials and goods for quantity, condition, defects, and discrepancies and report issues to the concerned teams.
- Handle and resolve day-to-day operational issues, discrepancies, and customer-related warehouse queries in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Coordinate with transporters, customers, internal departments, and other stakeholders for smooth movement and timely dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance related to warehouse and SEZ operations.
- Monitor loading and unloading activities and ensure materials are handled safely without damage or loss.
- Identify operational gaps and support the implementation of process improvements to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain proper records of warehouse activities and ensure timely closure of pending operational issues.
- Perform any other warehouse and supply-chain related responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
