Job Title: Human Resouces Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, attendance, leave records, and employee deductions.
- Ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement and resolve payroll-related queries.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close open positions within timelines.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
- Manage employee joining formalities, offer letters, and HR policies.
- Support employee engagement, performance tracking,



and day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company HR policies.

Key Skills

- Strong knowledge of payroll management and recruitment processes.
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

- Human resources management: 2 years (Required)
