About the Role

Welkin Global Academy is looking for a Non-Technical AI Trainer / Applied AI Trainer to train working professionals and learners on the practical use of Generative AI in real-world business and workplace environments.

This is a non-technical AI role. It is not a coding, AI/ML engineering, or data science position.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and be able to demonstrate how AI can be applied across functions such as Marketing, Sales, Human Resources, Finance, Operations, Administration, Customer Service, and other professional workflows.

The candidate should be able to move beyond simply demonstrating AI tools and teach learners how to apply, evaluate, improve, and responsibly use AI in professional environments.

Key Responsibilities1. Generative AI Training

- Conduct instructor-led training sessions on Generative AI and its practical business applications.
- Explain AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and use cases to non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrate tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and other relevant AI platforms.
- Teach participants how to select the appropriate AI tool for a specific task or business requirement.
- Use demonstrations, exercises, case studies, and workplace scenarios to make learning practical.
- Facilitate hands-on activities rather than relying solely on lectures or demonstrations.

2. Prompting & AI-Assisted Workflows

- Teach practical prompting tech

Pay: ₹10,052.98 - ₹42,333.05 per month
