Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Strategist to develop content strategies that align with client objectives, target audiences, and brand identity. The role involves planning content ideas, developing content calendars, researching trends, and working closely with the creative and digital marketing teams to ensure consistent and engaging communication across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop content strategies based on client goals, brand positioning, and target audience.
- Research industry trends, competitors, audience interests, and relevant topics.
- Develop creative content ideas and campaign concepts for social media and digital platforms.
- Prepare and manage monthly content calendars for clients.
- Create content briefs for designers, video editors.
- Coordinate with creative and digital marketing teams to execute planned content.
- Ensure content is aligned with the brand voice, tone, and visual identity.
- Review content and provide feedback to maintain quality and consistency.
- Monitor content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, popular formats, and emerging content opportunities.




- Assist in developing campaign concepts and creative communication ideas.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure timely completion and publishing of content.

Requirements

- Strong interest in content strategy, social media, branding, and digital marketing.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop new content ideas.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
- Ability to conduct research and identify relevant trends.
- Good organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with creative and marketing teams.
- Basic knowledge of content planning and content calendars is an advantage.
- Freshers with a solid interest in content strategy are welcome to apply.

Preferred Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Relevant academic projects, internships, or portfolio work will be an advantage.
