Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and communicative Back Office Executive to manage administrative tasks along with outbound/inbound telecalling responsibilities. The ideal candidate will balance data management, documentation, and customer coordination with solid telephone communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage data entry, record-keeping, and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain reports, MIS sheets, and databases.
- Handle email correspondence and internal coordination.
- Manage filing, scheduling, and administrative support.
- Coordinate with sales/support teams for smooth workflow.
- Telecalling:
- Make outbound calls to leads/customers for follow-ups, inquiries, or promotions.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Maintain call records and update CRM/database accurately.
- Convert leads into appointments/sales as per targets.




- Follow up on pending payments, confirmations, or feedback.

Requirements & Skills:

- Graduate in any stream; prior experience in back office/telecalling preferred.
- Good communication skills (Hindi, English, or regional languages as needed).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer applications.
- Pleasant telephone etiquette, patience, and strong convincing skills.
- High data accuracy, organization, and ability to multitask between admin work and calling targets.
- Familiarity with CRM or relevant software.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
