About the Role

Tekrunner is seeking a skilled React Developer to join our engineering team in Goa. As we scale our solutions for Agg-tech, Bio-security, and Town-planning we need a frontend expert who can build high-performance, map-heavy interfaces for our international clients.

This role is not just about "building components"—it’s about crafting robust, accessible, and responsive user experiences that handle complex data visualization and mapping technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- UI/UX Implementation: Translate complex Figma designs into clean, modular, and responsive React components using Tailwind CSS and Styled Components.
- GIS & Mapping Integration: Lead the implementation of interactive mapping features using ArcGIS and Google Maps API.
- State Management: Architect and maintain scalable application state using Zustand or Redux.
- Performance Optimisation: Monitor and optimize web performance and accessibility (WCAG/ARIA) to ensure a premium experience across all devices.
- API Integration: Collaborate with backend teams to integrate RESTful APIs seamlessly into the frontend logic.
- Monitoring & Quality: Utilize Sentry and Datadog to proactively identify and resolve frontend errors and performance bottlenecks.
- Security: Implement frontend security best practices to protect user data and prevent common vulnerabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

- Core Stack: Deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
- Styling: Advanced proficiency in Tailwind CSS, CSS3 (Flex/Grid), and Styled Components.
- Mapping Technologies:



Hands-on experience with ArcGIS and/or Google Maps integration is mandatory.
- State Management: Solid experience with Zustand or Redux.
- Tools & Process: * Version control using Git/GitHub.
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum workflows.
- Familiarity with AWS cloud environments.
- Design to Code: Proven ability to convert high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive code.

- Attention to Detail: A "perfectionist" approach to UI/UX and accessibility standards.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to solve complex state and mapping logic issues independently.
- Collaboration: Strong communication skills to interact with the Goa team and provide updates to Australian stakeholders.

Mandatory Application Requirement

Candidates must provide a portfolio or GitHub repository demonstrating:

- Live examples of responsive web applications.
- Proof of work involving mapping technologies (ArcGIS/Google Maps) or complex data visualisation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
