Account Manager (Construction Company)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Account Manager to handle end-to-end accounting operations in our construction company. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of financial management, compliance, and construction-related accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Handle billing, invoicing, and payment tracking
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and MIS
- Monitor project expenses and cost control
- Coordinate with site and project teams for billing and expenses




- Manage vendor and client accounts efficiently
- Assist in audits and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting (construction industry preferred)
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle accounts independently
