An AC Showroom Supervisor manages daily floor operations, leads the sales team, and drives targets for air conditioning units and cooling systems.

Job Overview Role: Showroom Supervisor (AC Retail)Reports To: Showroom Manager / Branch Manager Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Sales and Target Management: Drive the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals for split, window, cassette, and inverter AC units.

Product Expertise: Maintain deep knowledge of cooling capacities (tonnage), energy rating (star ratings), inverter technology, and brand comparisons to train staff and guide customers.

Floor Operations: Oversee daily opening and closing, maintain visual merchandising, and ensure functional display units are clean and presentable.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, resolve escalations or complaints professionally, and assist with complex product configurations or bulk institutional orders.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per hour
