- Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in software development processes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development.
- Experience in designing and developing scalable applications using cloud-native technologies.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and middleware platforms within enterprise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in application development.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and team-oriented software development practices.
- Competence in utilizing development tools and frameworks relevant to SAP Business Technology Platform.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Application Development.
- This position is based at our Coimbatore office.
