1. Training Delivery

- Deliver structured training sessions as per approved curriculum (e.g., AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, Apex BELS, Apex ACLS, Apex PALS, Apex NALS, Nursing Skills, First Responder Training).
- Use appropriate teaching methods: lectures, demonstrations, simulations, and skill stations.
- Ensure adherence to national and international guidelines (e.g., American Heart Association protocols where applicable).

2. Curriculum Implementation

- Follow standardized course content and training schedules.
- Customize delivery based on participant learning needs while maintaining course integrity.
- Ensure all modules are covered within the allotted time.

3. Skills Demonstration & Assessment

- Demonstrate clinical procedures accurately (e.g., IV insertion, CPR, airway management).
- Supervise hands-on practice sessions.
- Conduct formative and summative assessments (theory & practical).
- Provide constructive feedback to learners.

4. Participant Management

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning setting.
- Track attendance and participation.
- Address learner queries and provide academic support.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain training records (attendance sheets, assessment results, feedback forms) – Online / Offline.
- Submit reports to program coordinators within deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with TNASDC-H documentation standards.

6. Quality Assurance

- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for training delivery.




- Ensure use of updated guidelines and training materials.
- Participate in audits, monitoring, and evaluation processes.

7. Equipment & Resource Management

- Ensure proper use and maintenance of training equipment (manikins, simulators, skill lab materials).
- Check the readiness of the training hall and materials before sessions.

8. Continuous Professional Development

- Update knowledge and skills regularly (Workshops / Conference, etc).
- Attend Training of Trainers (TOT) programs and refresher courses.
- Stay aligned with advancements in healthcare practices.

9. Coordination & Communication

- Coordinate with training coordinators and administrative staff.
- Communicate schedules, requirements, and updates to participants.
- Support smooth execution of training programs and events (e.g, CNE BLS under TNNMC, Vetri Nichayam, etc).

10. Compliance & Ethics

- Maintain professional conduct and ethical standards.
- Ensure candidate safety principles are emphasized during training.
- Follow institutional and regulatory guidelines.

11. Evaluation & Feedback

- Collect and analyze participant feedback.
- Implement improvements based on feedback and outcomes.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement discussions with MD.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
